Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
On your first order, you will be prompted to create an account. This will make future orders easier as it will retain your order history and information incl. delivery address.
What are your hours?
Fulfillment and customer service for the Aldermore Webstore operate weekdays from 9:00AM-5.30PM GMT, excluding holidays.
Will my order need authorisation?
Some users will need to wait for authorisation before checkout and an email will be sent to your Aldermore representative to action. You will receive confirmation by email once your order has been approved and you can then complete the order process and checkout.
Do I need a password?
Certain areas of the webstore and products are restricted, please contact your Aldermore representative for further details.
When will I receive confirmation for my order?
Immediately upon placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Shipment confirmations will be sent at the end of the shipping business day.
When will my order ship?
If there is inventory available, orders placed and authorised:
- Before 12 Noon GMT, ship same business day
- After 12 Noon GMT, ship next business day
When will my order be delivered?
Orders ship from Staines,UK with the following ESTIMATED timelines:
- UK= 1 business day after ship date
- EU countries = approx 2 business days after ship date
- Rest of the World = approx 4 business days after ship date
How do I arrange collection of residual stock, roller banners and literature?
Please ensure you include information of when your event finishes in the Comments section of the checkout page. Collection will be booked automatically for the next working day. Please seal the boxes and add the returns label and leave at a collection point/reception.
How do I cancel my order?

How do I find out the status of my order and tracking information?
The status of your order can be viewed online under Account. Shipment. Confirmations with tracking information are sent via email at end of the business day your order was shipped.
